So today I got the beginning of detox first hand. I was super tired and I had a massive headache. OMG, plus my face is breaking out too. I know my body is ridding itself of toxins but ghee whiz. I did really good today. I definitely hit the bathroom up a lot today ( lol ). Overall, I feel good because I know the outcome will be great.
