So, ladies I started my cycle today and that is something I always dread. The bloating, the cramps and constant flow kills me but I've noticed that since I've changed the way I ate I'm not bothered with that. Usually around this time I would have taken like five aleve but I haven't had to do that. Today has been beautiful. Never have I had such a gentle cycle. I love it. Check back with you all later.
