Revalation

So here it is. The reason that I could not stick with this diet is because I wanted it but I didn't want to put the work in to get it. The concept of freeing my whole self of the toxicity was wonderful but I would always fall back into the pit of I Can't! What a cop out. I was content with seeing the road's end but too lazy to actually walk it. What a diservice I have done to myself.It would be so great to actually follow through and succeed.So today I am eatting some meat baby with alot of vegetables. Everyone will not transition the same but just as long as you stay the couse you will make it.

A New Year!

So people how is the new year going for you? Well, my new year is going great. I haven't been working out like I should and I need to correct that but the transition is going well. I developed a cold that I'm battling but other than that I'm good. Look forward to showing y'all my progress this year.
